AskLeo - Do Hive Whales Love Leofinance?
Leofinance is the most popular tribe on Hive and it has probably the strongest community out there. I've been active for almost a year in here and it's definitely a blast. Second comes GEMS, but I'd say it's mostly popular for curation reasons rather than community.
I have been active over there for quite a few months, but it looked like users were posting there mostly for the upvotes they got from @appreciator and not much for the so called "family relationships" they have there. My experience with Leofinance is way more different than other communities.
It's like most of us know each other in here and the engagement is definitely great. I might be biased and some other tribes could replicate what we have here or even do it better, but I'd say that we really deserve that 1st spot on popular communities chart.
I was asking myself lately though: why Hive whales don't love this community that much? There are quite a few accounts with very large amounts of HP that are curating content on the Hive blockchain, but I don't see them too often curating Leofinance content.
It's true that we have our own fatty ones around here as well, but it seems that Leofinance posts don't get much love outside the community circle. In my case for example the largest vote that I got on a post was from @ranchorelaxo last week, worth around 30 HIVE if I remember correctly. Nothing above that and this was a rarity.
I am perfectly aware that my posts are definitely not top notch, but when "pancakes and makeups" can score above 20 HIVE per post on curation, why can't a crypto related one reach that?
I guess it's a matter of taste and probably even whales have already created their circles and already have their favorite users and tribes where they settled curating the most. I hope Leofinance to be visited by whales more often because we really have good content around here and Leofinance as a whole is a great projects.
What's your experience with Leofinance posts and outside community votes by the way?
