I have watched a video recently of @josedicuss talking the idea of owning 1 million of HIVE and what he would do with that amount and was thinking that if I'd have 1 million HIVE I would definitely power up up to 75% of that amount and start curating left and right. I could really afford to do that and I would like to do that.

750,000 HP would probably generate a few good hundred dollars per week in curation rewards, at the current price levels and that would be a nice passive income. There are many other ways through which one can earn such an income on Hive and Leofinance offers quite a few options in this regard.

I am a content creator on Hive and never played the role of curator and neither have I tried DeFi yet. I guess the "hard working man mentality" is hard to get off. I was wondering though, if I didn't have the incentive to earn tokens through my blog, how active would I still be on Hive...

Does Passive Income Make You Lazy as a Content Creator?

Probably, haven't tried that yet though, but I think it would affect my daily routine to some extent. There's a lot going on in the crypto space though and it would be hard not to show up every day talking/writing of something.

I am planning though to stake some stable ones for a bit of interest during the bear market, thus I am thinking of creating myself some streams of passive income, but I doubt I'll switch to hibernation mode when it comes to my blog. I have the experience of a full bear market and although I started in February 2018, just when the bear market has commenced, I still managed to post on a daily basis.

When I begun my experience with Steem I was actually posting four times a day. It took me about eight hours a day to write those posts... That's a reminder of how much time and energy I have invested in this shitty blog of mine, but it's my legacy and it's some digital world I am hardly attached to. I actually love this crypto world.

What about you, how do you do when having a decent passive crypto income, still incentivize to hustle for more tokens?
