The title says it all and if we would have had project blank available for microblogging that could have been a post you'd have on your feed from yours truly. Yesterday, the last batch of liquid STEEM, after powering down everything has been poured in liquid form into my wallet and got dumped on the market almost instantly.

I haven't been active on that chain for many months and will never go back posting anything on it. It's a platform that in my case is resonating with frustration, disappointment and disgust. I no longer have any feeling left for Steemit. Let Justin Sun, the Koreans that are somehow ruling the space over there, jrcornel and his alt account jondoe do what they do with it. They deserve it.

The rest of us are fine with Hive, with its plethora of communities and with what this blockchain stands for. It was born out of disbelief, a bit of desperation and a community driven towards creating a truly decentralized blockchain that would no longer run with the same weak points as steem has, and after a bit over a year it's doing great I'd say.

The native token might be under the value of steem's, but when you look at fundamentals, at what's built on this chain, what perspectives lie ahead and what type of a world this blockchain has managed to open up for many of us, the token's price doesn't even matter that much atm. It really doesn't, but it will for sure appreciate.

I joined Steem right at the beginning of the bear market and I tied myself with many hopes, dreams and goals to that blockchain, but when Justin Sun came with the announcement, and Ned Scott confirmed his betrayal, I felt like the sky had fallen. I really couldn't see myself going forward with what was forecasted. I simply couldn't.

Luckily, Hive was born and it got to the point of fulfilling my hopes, dreams and goals. After three years of swimming under the surface so to speak, I managed to become a full time content creator, part of this accomplishment being the bull market price appreciation on the token as well, and the most important factor that got me here has been Leofinance.

Hence, thank you Justin Sun for being a dumb fuck and screwing our Steem community, thank you Ned Scott for pushing us forward towards creating a true decentralized blockchain and last but not least we should be thankful for the ones that made Hive possible. Two separate worlds have opened up when Steem has been forked and Hive is definitely the offspring that will outperform its father chain, if it hasn't already.

So that was it. I powered down everything on Steem, sold every damn liquid STEEM, I have quit creating content over there for months, and this is the last post I will ever dedicate to this topic. Steem is now a dead subject and nothing but a bad memory. Hive has made many things possible to me and it's the chain to be active on. Adios Steem...

Thank for attention, Adrian
