No longer than a week ago we had another typical Korean pump coming from nowhere basically. These guys are often orchestrating pumps and dumps for HIVE, especially on the HIVE/KRW pair. coming our of nowhere...

I haven't yet figured out why they are doing it, but the data is there to confirm that most of the unordinary spikes we've had on the HIVE's price have "originated in Korea".

Today we had a "test pump again". If you look at the 24h chart of HIVE you will notice that about eight hours ago HIVE experienced a short upwards shot once again. The volume on the HIVE/KRW pairing on Upbit has gone from an average of $20 million recorded for the past few days to $38 million at the moment of writing.

HIVE is back to basically where it launched from just a few hours ago which is the $0.60 level. The pump might not be over, I believe, and this price action that we've just had a few hours ago was probably just a warm-up pump.

Did the Koreans find out about #threads and rush into HIVE? Probably, I don't know... But #threads is up and rolling(mostly on desktop web browsers) and we have managed to push the traffic up for Hive through this amazing feature that @leofinance has recently introduced.

Microblogging is something Hive really needs and now we are in the works of polishing that out. I have been using #threads for about a day or so and would use it even harder if it would work on mobile. For now, though, I can only do that with my desktop browser.

This microblogging feature which is a pilot test for project blank is taking Hive to a next level. I already see that some Hive users that I'm usually following on Twitter are no longer that active over there anymore which is a good sign.

Hive is a project that's constantly developing. We have certain communities like @leofinance, @threespeak, and @liketu who are bringing stuff to the table and pushing the project to become a "worth the attention" one. Hence the interest in HIVE coming from the Koreans might be justified.

We'll have to see the continuation of the test pump we just had on HIVE lately, but even the all-time chart for HIVE looks bullish in the middle of the bear market, thus we should expect more sustained price appreciation.

Thanks for your attention, Adrian
