The great thing with this project is that it would actually allow you to get a return on your delegation in a totally passive way. In his post he writes that he would distribute 100% of liquid rewards. Since CTP pays 100% liquid rewards, he will probably only pay out 50% which is already not bad. I believe it's the only way to actually get a return on delegated CTP. When you delegate CTP to ctpsb, you help to increase the delegation return for hive delegators to the ctpsb project. Since you delegate Hive to the ctpsb project, this makes sense because your ctp delegation will help generate more dividends :-).

In both cases, it's not necessary to be active in the CTP community.
