Tons of stuff going on these days for Hive-Engine. We have a bunch of developers working on different pieces, several new front ends coming, and generally speaking a kick ass road map.

Dev work

@donchate is finishing up the Diesel Pool rewards contract and the Decentralized Autonomous Funding contract. That means you'll be able to reward your pool and setup a variety of pool rewards. Hoping this week.

@eonwarped is working on layer 2 SMTs. Right now they work via a separate centralized service, but we're looking to take the whole thing and have the hive-Engine node itself be responsible for the rewards pool. Eon has it working on the test server, so I'm hoping it'll go live in the next few weeks. SMTs is a big project though, so testing can take a while.

@cryptomancer is finishing up ERC20 integration onto Hive-Engine. That means you'll be able to get SWAP.DAI and other ERC20s on Hive-Engine soon. This will work great with us being able to award more BEE soon so that hopefully folks will have a lot of reasons to bring their various cryptocurrency tokens to Hive-Engine and put them into different pools. It also turns out that Binance Smart Chain is close enough to Ethereum that it really does seem possible to take our existing smart contracts and swap out a few node URLS and suddenly everything we're doing for ETH can work for BSC. Except ERC20s and BEP20s to land on Hive-Engine over the next few weeks.

@reazuliqbal is working on Tribes 2.0. This week we're finsihing up the pack manager contract. That means that you'll be able to send us a full collection of art, we can turn it into a pack with randomized drops, and then players can buy a pack, and get a select number of NFTs. Start working on your Hive Punks.

This effort is part of Tribes 2.0 where the goal is to take a standard tribe and put NFTs all through out it. Mint an NFT, buy/sell an NFT, and have markets all done in your tribe token so that you can get the ultra rare, limited edition, one of a kind, machine washable, NFT with a variety of smart contract enhanced, financially beneficial, cost saving features.

@lion200 is working on dswap.trade and making sure that ETH deposit and withdrawal is there.

@bait002 is working on getting hive-engine.com as a mobile site on both android and iOS. Android app shoudl be submitted this week. Decent chance the iOS is submitted this week as well. When he's done with that he's pushing into the next front-end. It's called defidolly.com.

I have daughters that love fashion and I'm hoping that they'll learn a ton about blockchain and defi by mixing those elements. Buy packs, get a doll, dress her up by staking items, and start earning.

Eventually the things you earn will be enable custom collections by users and eventually whole brands. Imagine that Macys or JCPenney decides to make their own clothing line for the dolls to represent their upcoming collections. But they'll need tokens to do it and only those folks who are staking them have a chance to get them.

There's a few other things happening around here, but hopefully you're getting the idea that it's gettin' lit up in here and Hive-Engine is continuing to advance rapidly especially with the decentralized witness system in place.
