Dan Lok is a famous entrepreneur. People from all the world go to him to learn how to achieve financial confidence from his expertise. His audience vary from aspiring business owners to established business.

Dan Lok understands how consumers think and how to market for them. Everyone online is saying the same things about Finance but he always finds something to add to them or advices on how to approach them.

I love watching Dan Lok's videos because they are the ultimate reality-check to my idealistic mind. He is no-nonsense and brutal guy, but he's also convincing and helpful.

There are many Finance related videos that both #leofinance & #ctp communities on #hive would benefit from. Here's his YouTube Channel Link to find a topic you like. In this article, I choose the video titled: "How To Turn Your Passion Into High Income Skills?"

How to turn your Passion into a High Income Skill?

This one is interesting: "You don't!"

That hurt a bit.

*"What makes a skill valuable is because the market-place is willing to pay premium price for it!"

Unless your passion is already a High-Income Skill it probably will not become one. People don't care about your passion, they care about what they want.

It's brutal. *It's true!

It's a thing I realized even before watching Dan Lok's video. You can make money with your passion, maybe by combining it with another income-generating skill. Most people, however, won't be making money with their passion unless the market is willing to pay for it, and they knew how to market it well.

If you read some of my articles. You'll realize I don't focus on one thing, and that costs me having many followers. I write about what I want, not what the market wants! HIVE makes it easier, but look at any HIVE user with as much rep as me and you'll realize that since I'm not focused on one niche, I don't generate as much as income as possible for my level of writing.

My Skill is Writing! It would be a high income skill if I write for clients. I don't. I write my Passions instead. People who have the interest and time to read everything I write, probably aren't the type of people who can pay premium price to read more of it. (I'm probably wrong, so tell me if I am. Please!)

So, What do you think?

Do you agree with me? Do you agree with Dan Lok? Do you have a conclusion of your own? What do you think about turning Passions into Money? Want other thoughts on Finance videos like this one? Please tell me in comments!
