Bitcoin Becomes Official Currency One More Step From El-Salvador
Hello there. I have previously shared content about the steps taken by El-Salvador regarding bitcoin. Al-Salvador had legally adopted Bitcoin as its official currency. The country's national digital currency wallet was also created. It was also announced that $30 worth of bitcoin will be distributed to those who open an account in this wallet.
Today I came across a new news. Al-Salvador has announced that it will penalize businesses that do not accept bitcoin. Every effort is made to use bitcoin in the country.
It has also been announced that foreigners who give 3 bitcoins will be granted citizenship. It was interesting that even the citizenship fee is measured in bitcoin. But these are great news for the future of digital money.
