How frustrating can it be to have financial goals in POB?
I'm sure everyone in this community has financial goals related to POB. Many of us share this with the community, others prefer to keep it to themselves and celebrate the small victories of the goal achieved in secrecy.
But how disappointing can it be to create expectations regarding POB? Well, I think it depends on your emotional intelligence. However, the ideal would be to not create so many expectations of how rewarded you will be with your publications; instead, it would be more interesting to focus on staying constant in writing and trying to add as much value as possible to everyone in the community, not only through your articles but also through genuine engagement.
Something we should consider when setting a financial goal at Proof of Brain, is how much the values of our rewards will vary. Extreme variations in rewards are something we can predict. Realizing the worst scenario that we can get at the end of a month, or a week, if your goal is weekly, you will be able to prepare yourself better emotionally for a result that you did not expect.
What really matters, is to continue contributing to the community, have fun and browse as we usually do on any social network. Making Proof of Brain part of our day to day is what will make us grow together with it and learn to value it beyond what POB can provide us financially.
But, we got to an interesting point: For you, Hive is a social network with bonuses or a job? And if it's a job, how do you deal with changing your salary?

Eu tenho certeza que todos nesta comunidade tem metas financeiras relacionadas a POB. Muito de nós compartilham isso com a comunidade, outros preferem guardar para si e comemorar as pequenas vitórias da meta atingida em sigilo.
Mas, quão decepcionante pode ser criar expectativas referente a POB? Bem, acredito que isso depende de sua inteligência emocional. Porém, o ideal seria não criar tantas expectativas do quão recompensado você será com suas publicações; em vez disso, mais interessante seria focar em continuar constante na escrita e tentar agregar o máximo de valor possível a todos na comunidade, não só através de seus artigos mas também através de engajamento genuíno.
Algo que devemos considerar na hora de estabelecer uma meta financeira na Proof of Brain, é o quanto os valores de nossas recompensas irão sofrer variações. As variações extremas das recompensas é algo que podemos prever. Nos dando conta do pior cenário que podemos chegar no fim de um mês, ou de uma semana, se sua meta for semanal, você conseguirá se preparar melhor emocionalmente para um resultado que você não esperava.
O que importa mesmo, é continuar contribuindo com a comunidade, se divertir e navegar como costumamos fazer em qualquer rede social. Tornar a Proof of Brain parte de nosso dia a dia é o que fará com que cresçamos junto com ela e aprendemos a valorizá-la além do que a POB pode nos proporcionar financeiramente.
