Actually I have been thinking of this ,how is it possible,what is the yardstick of measuring this ,is it by follower because I know thief is nothing like curator on Twitter,is it by the number of likes or comments because it it’s base on this they will be a lot of bias on this.
He pointed out the fact that users should be rewarded for their engagement on the platform.
