Is is a good time to invest on Splinterlands cards and DEC?

I have noticed that price of DEC (native tokens of splinterlands) have increased tremendously in a few weeks. Currently is it about 1.5 USD/1000 DEC. It was about 1USD/1000 a few weeks. Also price of the value of splinterlands cards is increasing. It has increased more than 300 % during last months. I think it is a good time to invest on splinterlands. What do you think?
