Hi,

for #askleo, the tag by @acesontop, I want to ask you a question that I've stumbled upon today, speaking in a discord group.

The question was about investing, as a lot of people there, are investing in China, but have never been there. Most are Europeans or Americans. The thing that was striking me, was that they did not invest local, as they either said the margin is too low, or that they don't understand the market.

Well, I have a different view. If I don't understand it, I don't invest into it, simple as that. I do not invest in countries like China or Russia, where the market is influenced by the local dictator.

I tend to invest local, as it influences my region where I live. On food, I'm picky, as I buy 90% local grown food. Regarding investment, I need to understand it and if it is local, even better.

Of course, crypto is global, it is the most globalist creation, as it affects everyone and everyone can use it in a way or another. On crypto I look on different factors, like team and community behind, product and many more.

On the question, I would say both, both are interesting. On physical business, definitely local for me and or crypto it does not matter, as crypto is the quintessence of globalism.

How do you invest?
