#AskLeo - Stick to the plan, or switch the focus?
On your financial journey, do you stick to your plan, or switch the focus if a good opportunity arises?
I've been slowing down on my crypto plan, as I've got a good opportunity last year to switch some things business wise. It was the biggest switch in focus I ever did, and I'm glad I did it. Now, I employ 7 people and hope to reach 11 by the end of the year.
I like sticking to plans and reaching targets. It gives me more motivation. I dislike to abandon projects, as I feel, I've lost time on a cause that did not bare any fruit.
Well, after the past year, I'm glad to have accepted some type of flexibility in my doings. I'm not abandoning crypto, as I'm still here, but I'm investing less time. The base is solid, and I can see, that even if I don't do anything for days, value is coming in.
I will probably set up the system at the current venture and will do a focused crypto year in the next months.
For me, the switch to a full focused approach was very beneficial. Focus has brought more clarity and a better vision of the steps that needed to be done, even if I had to sacrifice different parts of the plan on the road.
So the question would be, do you stick to your plan, or switch the focus if a good opportunity arises?
