Pen&paper :) And now, some excel sheets as technique evolved. This is one of my strengths at my job, setting targets, priorities and achieving them. Of course, if a target is not sustainable or does not have the wished impact, it is dropped after it is analysed. The split of the target in big chunks and then in small chunks is the most challenging part of the process.
