Newbies Initiative

I want to apologize because I haven't been able to make this post. I've been very busy, and I have been postponing it. First, I want to say thank you to all the participants of this month's Newbies Initiative. I'm going to mention them here:

You all have shared great content, and we have seen the growth that you have achieved. Kudos to everyone.

Quiero pedir disculpas porque no he podido hacer este post. He estado muy ocupado y lo he ido posponiendo. Primero quiero dar las gracias a todos los participantes de la Iniciativa Newbies de este mes. Los voy a mencionar aquí:

Final Words

It's been a very interesting month and we very happy to be part of the development of new and future hivers. We have always liked helping and support users in their Hive journey, we know that we cannot help all, but one of our goals is to prepare Hivers so they can support new users in the future.

We've always thought that Hive is not easy to master, but it's not impossible. With enough will, hard work, and a little bit of good timing, almost anyone can be very successful. Of course, hive is not perfect either, but it is very helpful, and it's worth the effort.

We invite you all to stay in Hive. Great things are coming. Developers are working on new and exciting features and updates, and soon we will have better apps, tools, and resources.

Ha sido un mes muy interesante y estamos muy contentos de formar parte del desarrollo de los nuevos y futuros hivers. Siempre nos ha gustado ayudar y apoyar a los usuarios en su viaje por Hive, sabemos que no podemos ayudar a todos, pero uno de nuestros objetivos es preparar a los Hivers para que puedan apoyar a los nuevos usuarios en el futuro.

Siempre hemos pensado que Hive no es fácil de dominar, pero no es imposible. Con suficiente voluntad, trabajo duro y un poco de buen tiempo, casi cualquiera puede tener mucho éxito. Por supuesto, Hive tampoco es perfecto, pero es muy útil, y vale la pena el esfuerzo.

Los invitamos a todos a permanecer en Hive. Se aproximan grandes cosas. Los desarrolladores están trabajando en nuevas y emocionantes características y actualizaciones, y pronto tendremos mejores aplicaciones, herramientas y recursos.

Final task: Power Up Day

I have to apologize again because I should have prepared this posts a earlier because there is the time frame to participate in the PowerUp Day or #hpud is limited. We only have some hours to do this, but I hope that this posts can serve as a motivation to particpate in this montly event.

The task is to Power Up at least 10 HIVE and make a small posts using the #hpud tag. For more info check out these posts by @traciyork and @victoriabsb:

Tengo que pedir disculpas de nuevo porque debería haber preparado este post un poco antes porque el plazo para participar en el PowerUp Day o #hpud es limitado. Sólo tenemos unas horas para hacerlo, pero espero que este post pueda servir de motivación para participar en este evento mensual.

La tarea consiste en potenciar al menos 10 HIVE y hacer un pequeño post con la etiqueta #hpud. Para más información consulta estos posts de @traciyork y @victoriabsb:

Our Hive Power UP

To finish this post we want to share our Hive Power up. This time we were not able to do a very big power up, but whener we have available Hive we are staking it. As you may know we have the goal to reach Orca this year and we are close to 50% of that goal.

We powered up 250 HIVE!

Now we have over 21,000 Hive Power, 15 days ago we reached 20k, we have to step it up if we want to reach the Orca goal.

Nuestro Hive Power UP

Para terminar este post queremos compartir nuestro Hive Power up. Esta vez no hemos podido hacer un power up muy grande, pero cuando tenemos disponible la Colmena nos la jugamos. Como sabréis tenemos el objetivo de llegar a Orca este año y estamos cerca del 50% de ese objetivo.

Hicimos un Power Up de 250 HIVE!

Ahora tenemos más de 21,000 de Hive Power, hace 15 días llegamos a los 20k, tenemos que dar un paso adelante si queremos llegar a la meta Orca.

Requirements

  • Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power to grow your account and solve possible issues with Resource Credits. I can explain how settings can do that if you don´t know.

  • Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. We will be on the lookout for healthy comments and supporting them through upvotes or tips via the @peakd tipping system.

  • Establece tus recompensas al 100% Hive Power para hacer crecer tu cuenta y resolver posibles problemas con los Créditos de Recursos. Si no lo sabes, puedo explicarte cómo hacer la configuración.

  • Se aconseja que los posts realizados por los novatos participantes se compartan en el SMILE DISCORD SERVER en #newbies-initiative-posts que está bajo la categoría "ALIENTO" los novatos pueden participar entre sí comentando los posts compartidos. Estaremos atentos a los comentarios saludables y los apoyaremos mediante upvotes o consejos a través del sistema de propinas de @peakd.
