Actualización del Testigo Aliento - Witness Update

Saludos Hivers,
Este mes el Proyecto @Aliento está cumpliendo cuatro meses como testigo dentro de la Blockchain de Hive. Es hora de dar algunas actualizaciones y compartir un poco lo que hemos logrado y los planes que tenemos para los próximos meses.
Aliento nació como un proyecto de curación y de apoyo a los Hivers nuevos y no tan nuevos. Realizamos y apoyamos tutoriales, damos delegaciones, votamos contenido de diferentes comunidades y proyectos y recientemente estamos contribuyendo a producir bloques dentro de Hive.
Recompensas de Curación y por la Producción de Bloques
Actualmente, votamos un poco más de 230 publicaciones a la semana de casi 200 autores diferentes. El voto de @aliento vale aproximadamente $2.00 cuando el Voting Power está al 100% y además tenemos un pequeño trail que apoya todo lo que votamos. Gracias especialmente a @blocktrades que vota automáticamente y a @theycallmedan y sus curadores que votan manualmente.
También tenemos una cuenta especial llamada @aliento.love, de la cual estamos compartiendo reportes de curación semanalmente y repartiendo las ganancias con los curadores más activos de las comunidades. Este reporte lo elabora @elizabeths14 con ayuda de otros Hivers comprometidos.
Aliento.Love tiene una delegación por parte de TheyCallMeDan y cuenta con que vale un poco más de $2.50.
Aliento está generando alrededor de 130 Hive Power semanales y unos 550 cada 30 días. Repartimos el 85% de las ganancias a los que delegan más de 50 Hive Power a la cuenta de @aliento. Como testigo estamos generando casi 365 Hive Power cada mes y esto nos está ayudando a cubrir los costos mensuales, a pagarle a los operadores del nodo (@enrique89, @ilazramusic y @eddiespino) y para acumular HP para diferentes iniciativas.
En total se están ganando un poco más de 900 Hive al mes, más las recompensas de autor.
Apoyo a Nuevos Hivers
Dentro del proyecto hemos creado y apoyado muchos tutoriales donde ayudamos a resolver dudas y a brindar información básica sobre Hive. Puedes encontrarlos en el canal de "guías" dentro del Servidor de Discord de Aliento. Hive está en constante evolución, así que seguiremos produciendo este tipo de contenido.
Además de apoyar con información, también podemos ayudarles a resolver una duda o problema en específico dentro del canal llamado "dudas-y-preguntas". Si necesitas una delegación de Hive Power puedes solicitarla en "delegaciones-nuevos". Además, puedes participar en nuestras actividades semanales donde podrás divertirte, aprender más sobre Hive y obtener excelentes tips para convertirte en un mejor creador de contenido. Delegaciones
Estamos apoyando a nuevos usuarios al delegarles de 15 a 20 Hive Power desde la cuenta @rcsupport. Esta cuenta pertenece al proyecto aliento y actualmente tiene más de 1,000 Hive Power para delegar. Estamos viendo las posibilidades de crear una aplicación o sitio web donde las personas puedan solicitar este apoyo de manera más sencilla y así lograr que este apoyo llegue a más usuarios. Sobre todo a usuarios que no tienen experiencia usando Discord.
Actualmente, hemos delegado a casi 300 cuentas diferentes. Estamos muy activos y revisamos cada semana para quitar las delegaciones que ya no son necesarias y así poder delegar a otros usuarios y también producir más Hive Power por medio de recompensas de curación.
Pueden comprobar esto por medio de esta herramienta desarrollada por @geekgirl. Seleccionan la opción "HP Delegations", eligen "All Delegations" y luego dan clic en "Get Delegations".
Iniciativas
Reconocemos que hemos bajado el ritmo al apoyo de iniciativas. Esto se debe en gran parte a que la mayor parte del VP se utiliza para votar las publicaciones que son nominadas por los diferentes líderes de comunidad. Actualmente, son pocas las iniciativas que estamos apoyando, pero les queremos compartir esta información.
Una de estas iniciativas es el programa de @ondapositiva el cual es dirigido por @marybellrg, @mafalda2018 y la DJ @elizabeths14. Este es un programa semanal que se lleva a cabo en el Discord de Palnet. Es los viernes a las 8:30 PM, hora de Venezuela. Apoyamos votando las publicaciones y también con un poco de Hive líquido.
Recientemente, hemos empezado a apoyar (nuevamente) iniciativas realizadas por @HiveMexico y también hemos estado apoyando los concursos de fotografía de @celf.magazine llamados FOTOCELF.
Una de las iniciativas que más nos emociona es el Reto-Morphosis. Este es un reto que invita a todos los Hivers a mejorar sus hábitos de alimentación y de ejercicio y así obtener su cuerpo ideal. Creado por @edmundochauran y por @eddiespino, pueden ver todos los detalles en la cuenta llamada @reto-morphosis y en la comunidad que fue creada especialmente para el reto.
¿Qué otras iniciativas deberíamos apoyar?
Testigo - Producción de Bloques
Apoyar en la producción de bloques dentro de Hive era una meta que queríamos lograr desde que iniciamos el proyecto. Sabíamos que no iba a ser de inmediato y nos dimos a la tarea de construir comunidad y de crecer antes de tomar este paso. Estamos felices por este logro y seguiremos trabajando para hacer esto aún de mejor manera.
Actualmente, estamos en la posición número 57 y 54 de los activos. Estamos felices con esta posición, pero no conformes, queremos seguir subiendo.
Gracias a esta información que compartió con nosotros @condigital (@zuun.net) podemos ver que Aliento cuenta con 568 votos actualmente y un total de 9,049,597.654 HP en votos. Pueden ver nuestro anuncio oficial como testigos aquí.
Nuestras meta antes de que termine este año es estar dentro del top 50 y si es posible poder estar dentro del top 30.

Greetings Hivers,
This month the @Aliento Project is marking four months as a witness within the Hive Blockchain. It's time to give some updates and share some of what we've accomplished and our plans for the coming months.
Aliento was born as a project to curate and support new and not-so-new Hivers. We make and support tutorials, give delegations, vote on content from different communities and projects, and recently we are contributing to producing blocks within Hive.
Healing and Block Production Rewards
We currently vote on just over 230 posts a week from nearly 200 authors. The @aliento vote is worth approximately $2.00 when Voting Power is at 100%, and we also have a small trail that supports everything we vote for. Special thanks to @blocktrades, who votes automatically, and @theycallmedan and his curators, who vote manually.
We also have a special account called @aliento.love, from which we are sharing curation reports weekly and splitting the proceeds with the most active curators in the communities. This report is put together by @elizabeths14 with help from other committed Hivers.
Aliento.Love has a delegation from TheyCallMeDan and is worth a little over $2.50.
Aliento generates about 130 Hive Power weekly and about 550 every 30 days. We split 85% of the earnings to those who delegate more than 50 Hive Power to the @aliento account. As a witness, we are generating almost 365 Hive Power every month. This is helping us to cover monthly costs, to pay the node operators (@enrique89, @ilazramusic, and @eddiespino), and to accumulate HP for different initiatives.

Support for New Hivers
Within the project, we have created and supported many tutorials where we help to solve doubts and provide basic information about Hive. You can find them in the "guides " channel inside the Hive Discord Server. Hive is constantly evolving, so we will continue producing this content.
In addition to supporting you with information, we can help you solve a specific question or problem within the channel called "doubts-and-questions ". If you need a Hive Power delegation, you can request one at "delegations-new ". You can also participate in our weekly activities where you can have fun, learn more about Hive and get great tips to become a better content creator. Delegations
We support new users by delegating 15 to 20 Hive Power from the @rcsupport account. This account belongs to the aliento project and has over 1,000 Hive Power to delegate. We are looking at the possibilities of creating an application or website where people can request this support in a simpler way, thus making this support reach more users. Especially to users who have no experience using Discord.
Currently, we have delegated to almost 300 different accounts. We are very active and check weekly to remove delegations that are no longer needed so we can delegate to other users and produce more Hive Power through healing rewards.
You can check this via this tool developed by @geekgirl. They select the "HP Delegations" option, choose "All Delegations", and then click on "Get Delegations."
Initiatives
We recognize that we have slowed down in our support of initiatives. This is largely because most of the VP is used to voting on publications that the various community leaders nominate. Currently, there are a few initiatives that we are supporting, but we would like to share this information with you.
One of these initiatives is the @ondapositiva program, led by @marybellrg, @mafalda2018, and DJ @elizabeths14. This weekly show takes place on Palnet's Discord. It's on Fridays at 8:30 PM, Venezuela time. We support by voting on posts and also with some liquid Hive.
Recently, we have started to support (again) initiatives made by @HiveMexico, and we have also been supporting @celf.magazine's photo contests called FOTOCELF.
One of the initiatives we are most excited about is the Morphosis Challenge. This challenge invites all Hivers to improve their eating and exercise habits and thus obtain their ideal body. Created by @edmundochauran and @eddiespino, you can see all the details in the account called @reto-morphosis and in the community that was created especially for the challenge.
What other initiatives should we support?
Witness - Block Production
Supporting block production within Hive was a goal we wanted to achieve since we started the project. We knew it wasn't going to happen right away, and we took on the task of building community and growing before taking this step. We are happy about this achievement, and we will keep working to make this even better.
Currently, we are ranked 57th and 54th in assets. We are happy with this position but not satisfied. We want to keep climbing.
