My $Leo Goals for 2023
We are approaching the end of the year and its time to set up goals for the following year. Its essential to have goals in place so that we stay focused and also keep on reviewing from time to time to measure progress. Sometimes we also need to make some changes in strategy to achieve the desired outcome.
@leogrowth has started an initiative to share leo goals for the year 2023 and here is my post for the same. I wanted to do it before the year's end glad that now there is an initiative to share the goals and I see lots of people taking part.
Leo Goals for the Year 2023
I currently have 10,491 leo power and I consider it as 10500 and the same is taken as starting balance for January 2022. My Leo goal is to have 20k Leo power by end of the year 2023. I had approx 4k Leo power at the beginning of 2022 and I was able to add approx 6k leo power in the year and now I am taking a jump this year. I will add 9.5k Leo power throughout the year.
In the below table, I have listed the monthly additions to leo power and I am trying to keep it realistic that I can achieve by pushing myself. I want to double my leo holding this year and 20k is the target for me. I know that it will not be easy to double my leo power like this but this is doable after pushing myself a bit. If my plan and strategy work then I will end the year with 20k Leo power and anything beyond this is going to be a bonus.
Strategy
I will be following certain ways to achieve my leo goal and for this, I will not count my post reward as I dont want to count on something that is not in my control.

I will add 800 leo power every month where I will buy 300 Leo from the market and the rest 500 will manage through delegation and curation reward.

I have already delegated to @leo.voter and it pays me approx 15 leo daily which becomes 450 leo in a month. I will see if I can increase it further but for the next few months, it will not be possible. I can do it only if I increase my HP stake and will see how it goes in the coming months.

Remaining 50 Leo I expect to receive through the curation reward throuhg my leo power stake.

I will continue to participate in LPUD as this is a nice initiative and I even more that more people will take part to make it even more successful.
Surprise Leo Buying Opportunity
As I have already mentioned that I will be buying leo from the market every month and if I see a better buying opportunity then I will try not to miss this. As of now its not possible to predict as its market dependent however I will see if I can surpass my goal. While I am trying to keep it challenging but I also want to make it realistic and achievable as there is no fun if I end up missing the goal.
This is my goal and strategy for the year and I did not include any post-rewards as part of the goal. I believe that I can not predict howmuch I can earn through the posts but I know my delegation earnings and even I can plan my market buy. Its going to be a fun and interesting journey with leofinance and keeping a track of monthly reviews will help us to drive it in the right direction.
