I'm a spreadsheet kind of guy when it comes to my meager DeFi investments. The fact that I can track every aspect of my portfolio trumps the hazzle of having to update everything manually - because I'm not a dev wizard who can automatically pick up API prices and that kind of thing.

With a spreadsheet I know exactly how many tokens I have, how much I paid for them, at what price per token I went into a certain pool, or how the price movement of every asset affects my positions. It's a pain in the ass to have that updated, especially because when I think about it, my DeFi investments are not huge, which means I'm spending a few minutes every other day to update my sheets while seeing little value in terms of USD, but I like what I like.

The thing is, whenever I am short on time or I haven't updated my sheet in a few days, there is always a dapp I can trust with giving me a detailed report on my DeFi investments, even if the report is not as detailed as my spreadsheet, it still provides me the information I need to stay on top of my investment and know where I'm winning, where I'm losing and where I'm stagnant.

Debank - The DeFi tracking tool by excellence

That wallet bellow is not mine, if I had 24 Million dollars in my wallet I would be in Fiji drinking mojitos and laughing at normal people, not blogging and consuming content on an obscure, digital money-generating, anti-establishment fighting, pseudo-anarchy supporting, deep-web-money-laundering relating, taxation-is-theft promulgating, inflation-kills-economies believing, conspiracy-theories accepting, self-definition living, off-grid-mentality acquiring, revolutionary-mindset thinking, North Korean crotchet weaving, Latvian-Origami making, Norwegian Guerilla training, Peruvian Salt Water drinking, Indonesian Monkey-training, ecosystem.

But my point still stands, even if I used a wallet that is not mine - which by the way, is a kickass feature of Debank, the fact that it allows you to scan any wallet in the cryptoverse and if it has any Defi assets, you will be able to see many details of each position it has.

I mean look at that, it tells you what percentage of the total wallet value is stored in what blockchain, and the main protocols the wallet's asset are stored in. But that's not it, once you scroll down a little bit more, you'll realize that every protocol on every chain has a detailed report regarding balances.

Granted, there could be way more details about each of the positions above, but this is more than enough for a quick scan of how your DeFi investments are performing.

I wish Debank had an entry price, the amount of tokens I had when I entered a pool and how many I have right now, how much were they worth and how much are they worth today, and some other details that an OCD person wants to know in order to feel in control of my portfolio - even though you are never in control, because the market will do what the market wants, whenever it wants to.

But either way, having a way to keep track of my investments from any laptop or mobile device is nice, especially because Debank has now a mobile app now that is incredibly easy to use and understand, even for newbies.

Explore every chain and project in the crypto verse

If a Blockchain has DeFi, and it is big enough in terms of users and Total value locked, Debank features it.

The fact that you can browse every blockchain and sort them by type of DeFi specialization like Yield-aggregator, oracle, dex or many others, makes Debank a very useful tool for researching a project and find out how the wallet spread is, how much is controlled by oracle or contract accounts, and much more, giving a whole new meaning to the term transparency.

You no longer need to know how to read smart contracts or dominate how to explore a blockchain in order to find out several details about who owns what, who's invested in which project, how many people trust in a project, when did they bought in, etc.

Overall, Debank is my go-to tracking dapp for DeFi assets.

What about you?
