Looks like Stacking is back on the menu

Every freaking time that the price of Hive drops, a lot of us stop writing, or at least post less frequently. I'm not a psychologist - those three semesters I studied were just for fun and I learned a lot though - but it seems to me that those who get a bear sentiment from bear markets are just not too familiar with the Hive ecosystem and the tokenomics it's based on.

I mean I get it, it is hard for a person who doesn't understand how post payouts really work, to stay motivated to post daily when their posts are hitting half or even lower post payouts than what they used to a couple of weeks ago - imagine how they felt when Hive was worth 12 cents.

But to me, seeing this Hive price means two things:

1- Hive is at a price discount OTC (Over the counter). I don't have liquid Fiat right now, that leaves me with just the second thing...

2- Stacking Hive through posts is back on the menu, boys.

By the way, I dread the day when I can't meme with LOTR references because no one would understand them.

Yeah, this is your chance of Stacking Hive (again)

At a price of $1.5+, Hive was unstackable - at least psychologically, just like seeing BTC at 60k made most people feel like they "missed that train" - and it was pretty hard for exchange buyers to see a lot of upside (or at least that's what the market reflected) in buying Hive at that price.

It also made quite complicated to stack Hive via posting or doing other hive-generating activities through Dapps. Yeah, it made SBD a lot simpler to generate through publishing, but everyone knows that the real long-term cheese lies in holding Hive, not HBD.

Every time - since Steem times - that our coin price crashes whether it comes side by side with a BTC crash or not, my narrative is the same: Do not stop posting, do not stop commenting, do not stop engaging.

If you do so, you are actually missing out on the biggest opportunity of the season to get more of that precious Hive you cry so much about not having when the price hits ATH's or pumps.

You are your own worst enemy - I am mine as well, don't get sensitive on me - and you don't even see it.

Short term dumps mean nothing for long term holders

Notice how I didn't say HODLers, but just holders.

I've been part of this ecosystem for a long time, most likely longer than you, reader. One thing I have learned about Hive in general and the price that comes with it, is that all these pumps and dumps mean nothing if your are holding and stacking Hive with a long term mindset, and once you understand how much value holds the Hivecosystem and how undervalued the coin is - even at $3.41, its ATH price - then you don't really need to HODL it, you are just holding it while stacking more and more by engaging with the Blockchain in many different ways.

Stop thinking short term, because right now...

... Stacking Hive is back on the menu.
