El día de hoy, vengo con otro post en la comunidad de @LeoFinance, para participar en la iniciativa de los amigos de @rutablockchain, donde tengo que contar detenidamente qué haria con 10 millones de HIVE. Doing and working hand in hand with a successful project will always bring us big financial surprises that will help us grow and motivate content creators to keep publishing good quality articles, in order to be able to use a 10,000,000 Hive amount to boost the Hive platform.
Hacer y trabajar de la mano de un proyecto exitoso, siempre nos traerán grandes sorpresas financieras que nos ayuden a crecer y motivar a los creadores de contenido a seguir publicando artículos de buena calidad, con el fin de poder utilizar una cantidad de 10.000.000 Hive en pro de impulsar la plataforma de Hive.

De igual manera, no sólo es motivar a los usuarios, sino dar a conocer proyectos e ideas que impulsen aún más a la Colmena en todas sus dimensiones, bien sea desde lo financiero, algunos concursos asombrosos, premiar a los 7 mejores creadores de contenido durante una semana, otros.

What would you do with 10 million Hive? Many people know the inflation that exists in Venezuela, where very few people eat them well every day, because what they earn at work is not enough for a gigantic market in the happy sense of the word. So, it turns out that one day you earn 10,000,000 million Hive and you don't know what to do with that chilling, shiny amount in your purse. A lot goes through your mind. Until you decide and think carefully about this: "As I hadn't thought about it. Projects and ideas are good when you have a financial plan. After thinking about it, I make some notes during the week and I write from the top of the list: "Contest of 15 HBD to the best 7 content creators each". This would give a total of 105 Hive. The main idea of this contest, is that the content creators are rewarded with these earnings and motivate them to be original in their publications. The contest would be weekly and in one article the happy 7 winners would be announced.
¿Que haría con 10 millones de Hive? Muchas personas saben la inflación que existe en Venezuela, donde muy pocos son los comen bien cada día, debido a que lo que ganan en su trabajo no les alcanza para un mercado gigantescos en el sentido feliz de palabra. Entonces, resulta que un día te ganas 10.000.000 millones de Hive y no saben qué hacer con esa cantidad escalofriante y brillante en tu monedero. Pasan muchas cosas por tú cabeza. Hasta que decides y piensas detenidamente lo siguiente: "Como no lo había pensado. Los proyectos e ideas son buenos cuando se tiene un plan financiero". Luego de haber pensado bien, realizado algunos apuntes durante la semana y escribo de primero en la lista: "Concurso de 15 HBD a los mejores 7 creadores de contenido cada uno". Esto, daría un total de 105 Hive. La idea principal de este concurso, es que los creadores de contenido sean recompensados con estás ganancias y motivarlos a ser originales en sus publicaciones. El concurso, seria semanal y en un artículo se daría a conocer a los felices 7 ganadores.
One comment says it all // Un comentario lo dice todo
Another big project that is turning in my head is that many Hivers get involved in the opinion and the approach of the comments in each of the publications. The best 7 comments of the week will be rewarded with 20 Hive each, for a total of 140 to be distributed. Obviously, in advance we will be promoting the rules and everything that must be followed to opt for the prize. I have witnessed the little interaction in the articles, and with this, I will try to get many users involved in reading a post with patience and making an unexpected comment with the charisma and the fellowship that we seek to find in this multipurpose function. Likewise, this initiative will be weekly, which seeks only to boost with the comments to the platform.
Otro de los grandes proyectos que gira por mi cabeza, es que muchos Hivers se involucren en la opinión y en el acercamiento de los comentarios en cada una de las publicaciones. Los mejores 7 comentarios de la semana, serán recompensados con 20 Hive cada uno, par un total de 140 a repartir. Evidentemente, con anticipación se estará promocionando las reglas y todo lo que deben seguir para optar por el premió. He sido testigo de las poca interacción en los artículos, y con esto, trataré de que muchos usuarios se involucren en leer un post con paciencia y realizar un comentario inesperado con el carisma y el compañerismo que se busca encontrar en está polivalente función. Igualmente, será semanal está iniciativa, que busca únicamente impulsar con los comentarios a la plataforma.
A community for new users // Una comunidad para nuevos usuarios
An indispensable idea in favor of Hive, is to create a community where the presentations of new users who land on the platform are accepted, so that in this way, we can welcome them in their publications. And if possible, to reward with 30 Hive to the best presentation of the week. It would be very juicy that award, wouldn't it? Simply, it would be a project that would walk well and giving some tutorials on how to make your presentation in the community, which can be called: "I found Hive, Hivers new", among other names. Also from the financial side, it would be excellent for them, since they will have a guide of how to start and the steps they must follow to have a victorious path in the following publications.
Una idea indispensable en pro de Hive, es crear una comunidad dónde se acepten las presentaciones de los nuevos usuarios que aterrizan en la plataforma, para que de esta manera, podamos darle la bienvenida que ellos quieren en sus publicaciones. Y si es posible, premiar con 30 Hive a la mejor presentación de la semana. Sería muy jugoso ese premió, ¿o no? Sencillamente, seria un proyecto que caminaría bien y dando algunos tutoriales de cómo realizar su presentación en la comunidad, que se puede llamar: "Encontré a Hive, Hivers nuevo", entre otros nombres más. Además desde la finanza, caería excelente para ellos, ya que tendrán una guía de cómo empezar y los pasos que deben seguir para tener una camino victorioso en las siguientes publicaciones.
