Successfully Onboarded someone to Hive, LeoFinance, and CubDefi.
A triple whammy! And much credit goes to the fantastically written CubDefi tutorial supplied by LeoFinance. Within just a couple of days, my workmate went from "I wouldn't mind getting into this bitcoin malarky" to "I've just invested in my second CubDefi farm".
I have to admit to feeling quite paternal watching him cut his teeth on our very own blockchain. It was like watching your child score their first goal for the school team. And you gotta give credit when it's due. I mean the way he handled the CubDefi instructions, joined 2 different exchanges, and created his Hive profile was pretty impressive, especially without any prior experience of anything crypto-related! Bravo to @jc1991gsf!
While I'm pretty sure he won't be actively blogging on Hive(At least for now that is), I am quite confident I've created a crypto enthusiast. In fact, he may well turn out to be a crypto-monster, but let's allow time for the honeymoon period to pass. Presently he's constantly checking his exchange every 2 minutes and asking for little tips on trading, which I'm more than happy to help with. Hopefully, his inevitable losses while trading won't be too drastic and they'll be offset by a shrood move somewhere else. Of course, I've preached the mantra, *"Not your key, not your money" and I've explained other pitfalls he could possibly fall victim to(Most of them I've recounted from my own experience!). And so, I hope I've equipped him with some essentials and set him on a path towards Lambo-city...
It's quite nice having a real-life crypto-buddy and his excitement and enthusiasm are rubbing off on me too. I've found myself stepping up my own game when it comes to day-trading and researching blockchain projects on the rise. Also, and most of all, it feels great to onboard someone into our awesome community. I've found out there are a couple more crypto-investors at work and when the right moment presents itself I'll be seducing them too!
A big thank you goes out to LeoFinance and those behind CubDefi. This really goes to show what a great job you've done, not only with the CubDefi website but also with the guide you've supplied. I hope this shows your efforts are yeilding more than just Cub.
