The Winter Session for the Indian Parliament is currently in Session and we are were keeping our fingers crossed as the Crypto Bill was supposed to be introduced in this Session and as expected our Finance Minister did talk about the Crypto Bill and thankfully according to her this Crypto Bill will be going to be a new one which is completely different from the one before which was proposing a Crypto Ban altogether. This is a new bill that will most likely focus on regulating Crypto Altogether. The Finance Minister also talked about the Crypto-Related Ads that were being played by various Exchanges on Televisions and according to her that falls under ASCI and they will come up with guidelines for proper crypto ads for the televisions.

One thing that seems pretty obvious is the fact that there is a huge number of people currently invested in Crypto and among those people there are once again a huge number of people that are paying Taxes for their Crypto Holdings which the Government can't simply overlook as the Tax is Huge I can personally vouch for that. Plus they know that Banning Crypto Completely is first of all not possible and secondly it will also turn into another Brain Drain from India to other Countries that offer favourable situations for Crypto.

Personally, I feel like India will come forward with Positive Regulations to Crypto which will be favourable towards both Crypto Users and the Government. The taxation may come at a hefty rate that is something that I am not looking forward to but if the Government comes up with a huge Tax Bracket then once again we can indeed take it to the Supreme Court on a later date so I am not worried about that as well and if you are wondering what if Crypto gets Banned Completely then I am still not worried as I will HODL through all this shit and keep Holding till the Government changes their Mind.
