Is Crypto Legal Tender in Zimbabwe?

Recently a report came out stating that Zimbabwe was looking into taking Crypto as Legal tender in their Country and that led to a lot of hype around all of us but that news was not verified and was just a rumour as we now see that the Zimbabwean Government has openly clarified that they are not looking into making Crypto as their Legal tender any time soon.

I heard about this quite some time ago but something just wasn't feeling right so I didn't write anything about it but it seems a lot of well-known websites ran the article about Zimbabwe making Crypto their Legal Tender and that is just bad. I also feel like there was no need to hype things up before the official announcement came in as that is just a Premature Celebration, Yes I would love for more Countries to take Crypto as Legal Tender but make Fake News is just not good for us.

Now there is also a slight part in me that feels like the Zimbabwean Government does want to make Crypto Legal tender but are still in talks and this leak of information kind of delayed their announcement or plans or the talks they were having. Just a wild theory of mine but hey I gotta stay positive here.
