USERS OVERLOOK SECURITY KEYS

The most important aspect of the Hive platform is security, such as passwords and keys. Many people overlook this because they believe it is just another type of simple security and don't give it much thought. I have many friends who do not care about their security keys and invest without making their keys safe and secure. There are also some people I know who share their keys with each other on social media, which is extremely dangerous.

Malicious actors have devised new methods for stealing the passcodes. People share their passwords with them and trust them because they know and like them. There are also some groups that share malicious links and ask people to join the group in order to receive rewards. There are many unauthorised sites where they ask about their hive bid and then upvote. They are also offering a lease system in which they will provide 5k hives for only 25 HBD, which appears to be an excellent offer, and some people trust them based on the results.

BE WITH THE KEYS ALLOCATED BY HIVE

The Hive platform itself provides randomised security passwords for the accounts. They are too long and contain a lot of alphabets and numbers, making it difficult for hackers to crack unless you share your password on social media or somewhere else where they can access it. As a result, keep in mind that you should not change the password assigned by the hive platform because it is the safest and most secure password for you. Rather than changing your password, keep your password secure by storing your password offline.

NEGLIGENCE WILL GET YOU IN TROUBLE

What are some common mistakes made by many people when they write their passwords on hard copy? They forgot to save their password after writing it and instead left it on the table where others could easily access it. They will gain access to your password in this manner, and you will be hacked. Also, don't leave hardcopies of your keys in rooms where small children can reach them and smash them. I have experienced it in my life, but thankfully it was not the most important key that I was concerned about, but it happened to me that I wrote the passkey on the page and forgot about it.

APPLY THE CLEAN DISK POLICY

Implement a clean disc policy with your keys to keep hackers at bay. Another example of carelessness is saving your password in every computer you use, even if other people also use it. There will be problems if they find the password you saved in the drive or elsewhere on the hard disc. Antivirus software is one of the most important tools you should have on your computer because it protects you from viruses and phishing attacks. Sometimes malicious links are sent to you, which is a type of phishing attack. If you open the link, you will be taken over by hackers, but antivirus software will protect you from various hacker attacks.

AVOID FRAUDULENT WIFI.

When you travel and visit coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls, you use public WIFI. There are some fake WIFI networks installed in stores and other public places, and they are always looking to hack into some of the accounts. Never connect to public WIFI, which is extremely dangerous and one of the methods used to attack you. Do not put your password in your email address, as this is one of the easiest ways for hackers to find you. Try to keep your passwords safe in the form of a hard copy or in flash drives that must be offline and not used for transmission.
