The Apollo Moon Shot was probably just a hoax. And it's far too late in the game to pretend that the Constitution was much better. Whatever the Founding Fathers' intentions may have been, lawfully speaking, the Constitution is now just an empty shell. But... under the spell of the Social Contract, everyone—then and now—has been brainwashed into thinking that as children they are owned by their parents, and that as adults they are owned by the State. No one has paid much attention to the lack of any Lawful Contract keeping the show together. (And no one has been truly free, either.)

There's no arguing against Lysander Spooner's No Treason. No. VI. The Constitution of No Authority (1870). "Legally speaking, therefore, there is, in the Constitution, nothing that professes or attempts to bind the 'posterity' of those who established it.

If, then, those who established the Constitution, had no power to bind, and did not attempt to bind, their posterity, the question arises, whether their posterity have bound themselves. If they have done so, they can have done so in only one or both of these two ways, viz., by voting, and paying taxes." https://www.libertarianism.org/publications/essays/constitution-no-authority

Noam Chomsky made a good point regarding anarchists' silence during the Vietnam War years. He noted that anarchists' arguments had faded from the world scene when it was recognized that without the bureaucracies establishing societal infrastructures, a smooth transition from the status quo to their pretended utopias would be chaos indeed – Anarchy in its most pejorative sense.

Fading too are the Patriots of today! They've given it their best shot… and they're spent. Because they haven't factored in the potential of the Internet – they're stuck with the traditional governmental engine of Representative Democracy powering a Republic. For a dynamic structure to house the percepts of the Declaration—given the brick and mortar foundations of the times—it was the best possible system. Logistically speaking, it was simply the best they could do. So, been there; done that; got the T-shirt.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings – but it just hasn't worked out.... Times have changed. The jig is up! The American Dream has gone from Disney to de Sade. Any Sovereign Individuals who want to halt the One Worlders must wake up! It's time for Plan B!

Only something like the Matrix-8 Solution http://www.goidcsa.com/ can put all the king's horses and all the kings men back together again. Luckily, in this Reset Scenario – we all get to be Kings & Queens! And the agreements we make on the Matrix-8 Platform will be as binding as any Contract needs to be.

Later, when we sing America the Beautiful, we might not think about those 50 united states from the close of the Age of the Social Contract, but our daily lives will reflect the promise of that lovely hymn.
