both of these diseases are chronic. that is, over a long period of time. This disease will appear since you are young. you will not realize it. This will happen when you don't adopt a healthy lifestyle.

how do these two diseases arise?

I'm talking cholesterol first. cholesterol occurs when a person rarely exercise, consume fast food, smoke, and so on. cholesterol that appears will stick to the walls of your blood vessels. if you stick too much, then your blood flow will be blocked. if this continues, then many diseases will come. stroke, kidney failure, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, and many others.

the second is diabetes.

diabetes or better known as blood sugar. this disease certainly comes from consuming excessive sugar. like eating too much rice. rice also contains sugar, sugary drinks, and sweet foods. and if you consume too much sweets but don't exercise, the sugar in the blood will increase. and cause complications for other diseases. Kidney failure will also occur, myopic eyes will even cause blindness, hypertension, heart weakness, and many others.

actually it doesn't matter if you eat sweet or fast food. but don't overdo it. and exercise regularly. you will most likely avoid these two dangerous diseases.
