#AskLeo - What is your motivation?
Hello everyone, today I took a little time to give an answer to another of the unknowns proposed by fellow @acesontop, in his #askleo initiative for Leofinance.
Motivation, that which leads us to act with respect to something or encourages us to do something, worth the redundancy, all human beings work in the same way, I guess the motivation is our battery, while it exists is charged, although there are times where everything can go to shit and be in critical state, but that's another matter, returning to the subject, having said that I am like everyone, my actions are determined by some motivation concerning (x) thing.
These things that incite or motivate us, change over the years I guess it is a long learning process and so it will be for the rest of our days, when I was young, coming from a deplorable situation in my house, motivated me to study with the goal of getting my house out of that bad patch, which I did successfully, maybe I am not currently a millionaire but my lifestyle changed 1000%, after that my motivation became the money, work hard to get things that I could not before, maybe it sounds banal but it was so and I do not regret it.
Years passed and I got married, my motivations changed, it was no longer so much the money, I had a home and longed to have a family of my own, I got pregnant my motivation changed again, now I just wanted to be good at what was coming of course without leaving aside those things that led me to where I was, My son was born and the situation in Venezuela became even more difficult, putting money in front of me again, since it was necessary to be able to have an acceptable lifestyle, since my husband's income was not enough to cover everything and I did not want to unprotect my mother and now I had another reason to grow financially, my son.
What motivates me now?
Some time ago, for reasons that do not come to the case I had to separate from the father of my son, being again in charge of everything, the money that he contributes as pension to my son was not enough, nor my salary at the university, this led me to look for new options, new secondary jobs and even to undertake on my own, All this under the same motivation, the "Money", it was not only to obtain income, but to think about a future, not only for me but for this little person who depended on me, I started to save not as much as I wanted but with a lot of effort and sacrifice so far has resulted.
What motivated me to come here?
For nobody is a secret that all currencies devaluate, but in Venezuela this happens in extreme, all my savings currently most of it is in dollars, this currency allowed us Venezuelans to escape a little, just a little of the hyperinflation in which we live, but all this was not enough, after a little research, I looked at sites like Airtm, Paypal and others, but these gave me more of the same and in a way worse than having my dollars under the mattress.
I started to look here and there and I came to Leo originally, I must admit that it is not so simple, but the blockchain offers me something better than all the options I saw before, a little less than 15 days ago I could buy my first BNB from a person online, after that I migrated my earnings from LEO to BNB, but for inexperience I moved them to BTC, maybe a big mistake, if I had left them there my face would be different now, but there is nothing to regret.
This wrong move left me learning and a new motivation, I learned that having little capital is not good to invest in those coins that have exaggeratedly large values, and that no matter how much that value grows my rewards will not be so good, but no matter, I go step by step, I have read a lot, I have seen many videos and many tips, but like all Venezuelans, we learn from trial and error, I touched and now I feel even more motivated and studying daily perhaps in the hope of achieving re-capitalize the little money I currently have saved.
Empires are not built from one day to the next, carrying each rock requires effort and time, all this while we feel motivated, I had my losses in these days, but I still feel that with that I gained much more than what I could have lost.
When money is invested in learning, it is a lifetime gain.
