The fact that these options are plentiful results in the Mall not being specific to a certain economic group and being a place where shopping can be done for all economies. We can say that it has an ethnic value in terms of meeting people and seeing different personalities.

Another advantage of being on an intercity road is the gas station and eating and drinking places it contains. It is seen that restaurants and cafes are given more space compared to other shopping malls. Not only are they numerous, but the fact that these places occupy large areas is striking. As in many other shopping malls, food and beverage establishments, which are obviously built for the people who are already here for shopping and have to eat, have not been established, but areas where one can come to eat in person have been built. In fact, this causes a lot of people who come to eat to shop here.

When you go down to the store from above, slow down in this part of the highway without interrupting the traffic and watch the view, you can see almost the entire city, with its sea and large and small ships on it. This view is one of the most beautiful landscapes I have encountered in İzmir. Avm şehrin dışında bir görünüme sahip olmakla birlikte aslında şehrin merkezine uzak değil. Uzak görünümüne sebep olan; etrafında bir yapı olmaması ve otobanın kenarında olması. Çünkü; etraında yapı olmaması geniş bir park alanına sahip olmasını, bu da park ederken zaman kaybetmemenizi, gene tek yapı olması trafik yoğunluğu olmamasını sağlıyor. Şehirlerarası bir yol üzerinde olmasının bir avantajı da içerisinde bulındurduğu benzinlik ve yeme-içme yerleri. Diğer Avmlere göre restoranlara ve cafelere daha çok yer verildiği görülüyor. Sadece çok sayıda değil aynı zamanda bu yerlerin geniş alanları işgal etmesi de göze çarpıyor. Buraya diğer bir çok Avmde olduğu gibi, zaten burada alışveriş için bulunan ve yemek yemek zorunda kalan insanlar için inşa edildiği her halinden belli olan yeme-içme işletmeleri kurulmamış, bizzat yemek yemek için gelinebilecek alanlar yapılmış. Mağazaya yukarıdan inerken otobanın bu kısmında trafiği aksatmayarak yavaşlayıp, manzarayı izlediğinizde şehrin tamamına yakınını, üstelik deniziyle ve üzerindeki büyüklü küçüklü gemilerle görebilirsiniz. Bu manzara İzmirde karşılaştığım en güzel manzaraların başında gelir. Her ne kadar bütün bunların insanları mağazalara ve alışverişe çekmek için bir hamle olduğunun farkında olsak da, kendimizi kontrol ederek buraya gelip, sadece sosyal etkinliklere katılıp veya sokaklarında bakınarak gezinebileceğiniz, üstelik şehrin dışında stresten uzak kalabileceğiniz bir yer olarak kullanmak sizin elinizde...
