Well, I believe older users will still be given some level of respect for their commitment to the block space, and that's by easily getting noticed and rewarded.

I do see newbies getting rewarded heftily too. It won't be a continual process, that way every individual will understand that rewards ain't guaranteed or compulsory on every quality content. It's kinda OK that way, it helps newbies understand that to earn more, more efforts is expected.

Newbies should also understand that to gain rewards they'd have to prove worthy of them, and that's by interacting with the community, that's one way to expose one's blog and prove one's uniqueness and total commitment for the growth of the space entirely.
