My Hive Goals - Weekly progress report

It was again a wonderful week and I think I have progressed well. Something made me feel that after I started setting goals for myself, my progress and growth on this blockchain had been very good. I know there are so many parameters contributing to my growth here but still, it made me think that creating goals added an additional discipline and I progress very well.

Setting goals is only for self-assessment and motivation and there is no other benefit in doing this. A hive is a nice place where we can share out thoughts and share knowledge with each other. One person's knowledge and experience can be used by another person when it is shared in the form of articles. That's how we learn and earn here. Jumping back to the goals, I think it was a great week again and I would like to add a few more goals starting this week.

25,000 Hive Power

This is my primary goal and progressing towards achieving this is getting better every week. Compared to last week, this week the author rewards were even greater. I was able to get some bigger votes on my posts last week which gave me great rewards this week. For the very first time in history, one of my posts touched a 100$ vote value which has never happened before. I'm very glad that the price of Hive is also a contributing factor for the same.

My author and curation rewards were pretty decent looking especially all in double-digit USD value on all 7 days. That's why I wanted to include another screenshot that shows my everyday reward breakdown. This week the author's rewards were very great compared to the previous week. This is pushing me harder towards reaching my goal soon.

2500 STEM Power, 2500 CTP Power, 500 CUB and 1000 POB stake

I did decent progress on the STEM power again. I was able to write a few articles in the last two weeks and that gave me some STEM tokens. I guess reaching the STEM power goal should also be an easy thing to do. I anticipate that the POB goal alone can be a little challenging to achieve. Let's see how it goes. No big change on the CUB goal. I was thinking of selling my LEO tokens earned to complete some of these goals but for now, I'm keeping it liquid. Not going to be selling them for another week I guess.

New goal to reach 500 BRO tokens

This is the new goal that I wanted to set for myself. We all know how rewarding BRO holdings can get. People invest so much in tokens that reward people for just holding. BRO is one such token and there are many people who have been holding BRO since day 1. I'm one of the early investors too. I bought 100 tokens initially and then won the remaining from a contest.

I always wanted to reach 1000 BRO tokens and get into the dragon's hiding place in The Man Cave discord but I missed all the opportunities during the early days. I'm sure there will be opportunities in the future as well. For now, I'm planning to reach at least half of the goal and settle at 500 BRO tokens. I already placed some buy orders in the market and have started moving towards that goal. Let's see how it goes.

This week's goal status

This week's goal status is going to be nice. In addition to the other goals, I'm thinking of adding some more HBD as well to my collection. Right now it is one of the best stable coin investments that someone can do.

It is really a big motivation to keep doing this assessment every week and writing a post on the same. It is indeed a great feeling to watch the account grow.
