Greetings friends!

*Apparently, cacti consider themselves to be the limit of perfection, which must be very vigilantly protected. Probably, they consider themselves very tasty and appetizing, and, therefore, they armed themselves with many thorns that protect this valuable cargo. It is enough to look at a couple of cacti growing on my windowsill to understand that this is an intelligent plant, lol.

*Caution is a sign of reason, yes, we do not understand it, but the idea is brilliant, like the construction of a medieval castle with moats filled with water and impregnable fortress walls with loopholes and drawbridges.

*In the eighties, I often visited the Crimean city of Sudak and spent several months there in the summer.

*When you stay at the resort for a week, it’s interesting, but when it’s longer, unbearable boredom sets in and I set off to explore the outskirts of the city.

*On one hill I found a whole plantation of small cacti.

*They looked like flattened drops covered with fine, translucent hairs.

*My mother collected cacti and succulents and I decided to give her a gift. digging out one of the cacti.

*Outwardly, he did not pose a danger and I, simply taking it in my palm, carried it home.

*This was a big mistake.

*Today, I don’t remember exactly how many days my hand hurt and I tried to get numerous, small needles from my palm, but it was excruciatingly painful and long.

*Cacti don't forgive mistakes lol.

*On another postage stamp from the series of postage stamps Cactus, issued in 1978 in Cuba, we see a very interesting Opuntia militaris cactus.

*Unlike those cacti I have found, this cactus warns us that it is dangerous, this is an honest cactus.

I edited a photo in the program PhotoDirector, which I also installed on my smartphone. For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
