As my hands were doing a thousand things at the same time, jumping from one crypto activity to the other, a question incepted into my mind. Can you keep up with the news and management of your crypto assets? I must confess that I can barely keep up with everything that happens around me and with the assets that I hold in my portfolio and I feel that I am losing so many opportunities as I don't optimize, nor put all my assets to work. I've already talked in the past about downsizing my current portfolio, but probably until the next bull run, I will not sell them for a considerable loss.

For assets like Hive, I didn't put much investment into it but rather earned it through spending my time on content creation and curation. This context is quite stable and you know what to do and this kind of revenue stream simply keeps on providing. But on other assets from different blockchains, there are changes made recurrently and if you are not anchored there you might simply lose opportunities or get your assets locked in decommissioned DeFi pools, vaults, treasuries, and other mechanics that keep on changing.

Some changes I find about reading from Hive, on some other changes I write myself on Hive for letting others know about it, but I think that it is a constant struggle to keep up with everything that happens and play any opportunity right. Just days ago I found out that one of my assets was stopping staking in February and replaces with another mechanic in July, so only the current staking contracts will continue to provide. Others are changing new pool returns in the same period, thus you'd better hurry to catch some better rates. There are continuous changes from one project to the other and if you are not there you simply lose the chance to act on it.

The conclusion is that I can barely keep up with life and also the crypto investments that I've made and especially reading the news, managing the assets, and acting at the right moment. I wonder if that happens also for you, so let's hear it.

I'm very lazy when it comes to management, never been able to manage all my crypto asset at one place. I know this is not a good habit, but it is what it is.

I am becoming lazy as well (if ain't already enough) and start preferring fully passive income.

I completely stopped with liquidity pools, focussing on BTC and Hive mostly.

On LPs I am still invested in ThorChain, mostly because it had Impermanent Loss Protection. As this will get deprecated, probably will not invest any more in it.

I also can't realistically do that. I tried doing just one or two assets every week but I barely manage to catch up on the rest. So what I did is focus on the main ones (which are a few) on a weekly basis and forget the rest for the time being.

Weekly management is good, daily is overkill without some sort of automation.

Right. It takes too much time and you could end up not getting it done.

Honestly it is not easy to cope with all the news. To read all and manage it

My nature is also like this, I have buy a coin, invested all the money in it and am waiting for the bull market. The biggest rule of crypto to market is that if we want to stay in it, we have to keep an eye on the news on a daily basis. Like now there is a meeting tomorrow if the result is good then the market will see us going up and people will take advantage of that.

I find it tough but I try to spend some time each month to catch up to date. Most of mine has been fine though and I tend to see some news about some of my assets on LeoFinance as well.
