There are to aspects that need to be considered - first when the bull run starts or is in progress, you shouldn't rush to sell anything. You should wait for the peak and than if the price decreases with a certain percent you should act.

Secondly research is mandatory and having done that you can keep calm during any bull run which anyhow you know based on your data where it should position itself. Like for me for Ethereum I am expecting the price to get to $1,000, thus until than I am holding in this bull run.
