Namaskar / Hello to hive user I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones

I am back here with a new post that is HoW To KeEp YoUreSeLf MotIvAtEd ??

Sometimes we all feel low that is human nature that there is somthing we feel that that will make you feel good but if that don't then we feel a bit and then we didn't want to do anything new. But that is not good as a human we always have do it again if we fail.

If we feel low sometime that is OK it happens with all of us if you feel low all the time then you should visit a doctor for sure 😄



There are many ways to keep yourself motivated few of them are.

Set Goals-

If you have a goal in your life then we will prepare yourself to achieve that goal, you are motivated then you can sure achieve it a day. It depends all upon you.Goals give you a direction to focus on – one that’s measurable and has an endpoint. This can help you to stay motivated.


Choose goals that interest you-

we face difficulty to choose the goals for our life, most of the time we choose the wrong one and didn't choose it correctly and at the end we didn't achieve and feel low and after a long time we realize that its not the real goal we really want. so be wise while choosing your goal that will decided your destiny.
You’re much more likely to stay motivated if you’re working towards something that you genuinely want to do or achieve, rather than what other people want for you.


Make your goal public-

If you have decided to do something then say it loud to many peoples around you not in the public place 😁 all of the sudden. With the friends or colleges. If you tell someone – or write down – your goal, you’ve essentially made a promise to keep your word.


Plot your progress.

If have set a goal then you should make/ plot a progress report of what you have achieve and how much there is left to go.Draw or create a visual representation of how you’re coming closer to achieving the goal you’ve set yourself.


Use rewards

set some rewards to yourself if you will achieve that point in your goal, that can be anything treat yourself and make a trip. rewards keep us motivated if you get a regular rewards from #hive community then the more you will stay here this is a fact. everything is connected. Rewards realize dopamine that makes us feel good and motivates us to do that more and more to earn more this is simple you will then enjoy you journey to achieve your Goal that you have set.
