Hi people!!

I have been getting mentions from a few people's hive stories.

So yeah I decided to join the party.

This also made me happy as I was been mentioned by a lot of people that have done well on the blockchain.

Without further ado, shall we begin

1. How long have you been on the blockchain

I have been on the blockchain for 4years and 3 months.

In the real sense, I will say that I have been active for 2 years because I left for a while.

2. What was your background in cryptocurrency when you first came to the Blockchain?

I joined hive just after the Ponzi era in Nigeria. So most of the Ponzi schemes I joined at that time were dome in BTC.

So the only background I had in cryptocurrency was that I could buy, sell and trade crypto to fiat.

3. How many people did you know when you first came to the blockchain

I knew @winaroberts and @lastsonofjune when I started my journey on hive.

Funny enough, it was winarobert' that inspired my move to hive.

I got inspired after seeing his first post.

4. What was your background in writing when you first came to the Blockchain?

I didn't know how to write. I hated the idea of writing.

The writing was the most exhausting thing ever at the time I started hive.

5. How did you meet people when you first came to the Blockchain?

I met people by going to places that got me interested.

I engaged with so many people.

I engaged with those who liked sports, self-help and financial post.

@chekohler always writes about arsenal and I enjoy reading sports stuff.

I also enjoy reading financial and insightful posts.

I met @taskmaster4459, @trumpman through engaging with them on their leofinance posts.

I have AVA because of @trumpman and I had to read up on the coin because of him.

I am also interested in community development and this was how I met @nathanmars, @traciyork and others.

So I met people by going to place I was interested in.

7. Who did you look up to when you first came to the Blockchain?

I had a lot of people I was looking up to at the time but sadly some of them are no longer on the blockchain.

@anomadsoul was the first person I wanted to emulate. He was contributing so much to the blockchain back then and he still is contributing so much.

I remember his contest back then in December 2017.

@damarth was another person I looked up to at that time.

@ejemai was another man who I looked up to. I even went as far as going to see him in his hub in port Harcourt.

8. How would you describe your first three months on the Blockchain?

Disorientation!!!!

There is no better way to describe my first three months on hive. I sang I wrote, I did contest.

I didn't engage. I was just doing anything.

It was a scattered period for me.

That's why when I came back on hive I studied the system, asked questions and I am happy for my progress at this point.

I can only thank @belemo for bringing orientation to my hive story.

8. Has being a part of the Blockchain changed you in any way for the good?

Yes!!

It has made me research more. My finances are well researched.++

I have also learned more about the hive blockchain.

Being on hive has also taught me how to keep an open mind.

Keeping an open mind has been the best thing I have gotten from being on the hive blockchain.

9. What is your favourite memory from your time on the Blockchain?

I hate that this question has to be just one memory.

My favourite memory goes back to my first post on the blockchain.

I got a massive upvote from @blocktrades. That was the best way to start my journey. I mean my reputation was on 51 on my first day.

This was cool...

10. If you could advise a new person signing up to Hive, what would it be?

Hive is worth it.

Take your time to make relationships and affiliations.

Engage, keep an open mind.

You don't have to write to be successful on hive, you can play games, you can invest and you can do so much.

Be disciplined and you will do so well.

And that's my little hive story...

Thank you for reading!!!
