I have a friend who is also a real estate agent and most of the time he post properties that are worth hundreds of millions and most of the people on his WhatsApp status are average people who cannot even afford close to 5 million for a property.

This is one of their biggest mistakes. In that approach, I feel the best thing to do is to use ADS to get the kind of people he wants.

Sometimes our hard work and scoop increases the viability of our success.

I feel this one is more of the solution. A lot of people don't know that learning is hardwork.

Sometimes it is not even what we have to offer that is what people actually want.

This is what crowns it all. It is not about what people have to offer, it is usually about what people want.

For example, people selling books on amazon and making thousands of dollars monthly are doing so by capitalizing on what the market wants.

They do this by checking keywords that are being searched for and go on to produce such books.
