Over the past couple of weeks I've been really focused on increasing the number of post I make to the blockchain and becoming more of a Hive power-user of the blockchain.

My main strategy in accomplishing my goal of being a power-user on Hive is to use lots of different apps to help add variety to the content I'm posting. In following this strategy I've come away with a few takeaways from my short experiences as a Hive blockchain power-user over the past few weeks.

3 Things I've Learned So Far Being a Hive Blockchain Power User!

1) DBuzz, Liketu, and Actifit are easy ways to post consistently to hive without creating long-form content!

May come as shock to some but you can have a sucessful experience on Hive using these 3 apps alone. They're all really easy to post from and they have enough curation for you to get upvotes and keep you engaged with each platform.

2) There are better things than wallet balance to look at when measuring your "performance" on Hive!

I used to pretty much just look at my post and my wallet over and over after posting. But as a power user, I'm finding that there are other things to pay attention to the outside of my wallet. The main things I look at now is the "Payouts" tab on PeakD showing earned HP and HBD rewards to be paid out and the Points in the Ecency Wallet which rewards you points for activity on the app.

3) Hive the blogging platform, the Apps on the Hive, and Hive Tribes are TOTALLY different communities, with TOTALLY different people in those communities, who use what they like in really specific ways.

Some people only use the blockchain for liketu. Some people only use the blockchain dbuzz and that's it. Some people only want to play Splinterlands, they hate long-form written content, and they don't care about anything else. These are different audiences that have to be interacted with in different ways. This makes for some really interesting organically built communities all over Hive. Pretty cool when you think about it...

But theses are just observations that have really stood out to me over the past couple of weeks. It's just made this great place a little more interesting. It's like we can never run out of things to pay attention to or tools to use here.

This whole thing Power use thing was started in response to my year end recap for 2022 and I'm off to a killer start so far to 2023! If I can get in a flow with my videos, this is gonna be a really good year here for your guy @bigtakosensei on Hive!

Post from 2-3 separate Hive apps most days
Comment and Tip 3-20 post most days
Create fun community focused projects for supporters
Engage with supporters to increase organic growth
