Looks like another presale is happening on Sandbox where you can see a lot of land grab happening. However the price of it now its pretty expensive.
By looking at the map above it looks like almost all virtual estate has been taken up. On top of that ... SAND the currency used in this SANDBOX seems to be increasing in price like crazy !
