This would be better as a report about the the initiative that @leogrowth brought with increasing the number of leofinance community members. In just a post I read from @anomadsoul, it's about six days old but I'm just coming across the post today. I'm certain I became acquainted with him after the winners of #lpud were randomly picked. Just had to derail to highlight that @leofinance is all about growth - financially and organically, at the end we appreciate what we have.l

#bringyourfam week ending two days ago, I got carried away, I couldn't make a post as I thought I would and at this point, it's okay I didn't.

Reading leogrowth's post and anomadsouls post gave a new perspective. I remember joining the blockchain because of leofinance but couldn't just make a post and when I did, I plagiarized. Maybe I've said this more than enough times.

I was the car guy, who was conversant with cars, so @planetauto was my place of solace.

Missing The Key

Having the money-mindset is all that is required to make a post, if I only knew this my journey starting leofinance would have without bumps but who's complaining? Lol. The journey has started and having an open mind to always learning brings this to continue the outreach.

It's just a fact that we've been doing our parts in bringing people to the "blockchain" and right now we have intentionally bring people to leo community. There's no doubt that onboarding #newlions even hivers is not as easy as we see when an introductory post is seen. Personally, I've brought a number people onboard not leo community anyway and is not of recent. Onboarding has to be intentional for both the person onboarding and the boarder. Making the other person interested makes it easier, the transition from web2 to web3 is happening but not as we'd like it to be.

Do What You Do

There's no lie, from the outside leo community has the aura of crypto finance guru and those that have been here for sometime like myself knows everyone is growing from the little knowledge of the next person.

Learning does stop doing the work by reading and implementing, would only gear one today's the moving part by just bringing the money aspect out of it.

At a point, it seemed there was this desperation to bring people on the basis of incentives. It's due diligence that one has to do, having a comment with TM and he mentioned as you were brought by one, you have to bring five, lol. Counting the numbers, there are more than five but inactivity.

Thanks to @mcsamm as he was mentioned, I guess he shouldn't be the only one. The past week was "bring your fam to leo," it continues because we need to build the community by number to gain more value in leo token and hive blockchain generally.

It's just like my reflection is staring at me as I read the words to spur me to increase the number. One day at a time through July.
