1. Meet the Mayors of the BoyCharlieFamily DCity Politics Collective
@boycharlieplays is the Mayor of @boycharlieplays city and founder of the collective. He takes responsibility for the decisions being made to keep the "family funding" afloat and efficient by the mayors. The limited pool of mayors has forced the community to trust the actions of @boycharlieplays and another trusted member of the community @zapphead.
At this time the character is still being developed but he is seen as a bit brash on his decisions. He has only put forth a single idea for a Hive-Engine token that supports the holding of school NFT's and managed to botch the burn of immigrant and homeless criminal citizens. @boycharlieplays is a lost Mayor Hero aiming to bring more prosperity back into his district and making it back on the Top 200 ranking.

@zapphead is another mayor character within the collective that is growing a city of Immigrant and Homeless population into. If @zapphead was able to run for @boycharliefamily district mayor it would provide him a city lead making him able to approve, deny, and set precedent for his wishes for community actions.

It seems the @boycharliefamily district is calling for independence from their current head of state, me @boycharlieplays. Crazy. I know. They hope to win independence in the month of December by holding an election between @boycharliefamily DCity Collective members. The hope is that someone new will step up and run as a new candidate for their district. Many in the community are encouraging new characters to step up. Among the citizens, there is a new politician that can run against the current pool of @boycharlieplays and @zapphead. At this time my role as majority leader makes it so I can approve proposals in the form of blogs and make decisions for @boycharliefamily's district. The majority role also allows the leader to deny proposals that may seem unfit of the "family funding".
With @boycharlieplays making final decisions on the approval of new proposals based on his control of the three self-named districts many citizens are calling for change as his decisions have not led to positive change in some time. The new citizen unrest after the findings on the current mayor's biased immigrant and homeless card burnings has led the movement that has also led to a greatly risen SIM income for the city.
The economic development from the downfall of @boycharlieplays city's economy has allowed @boycharliefamily district to be the powerhouse that it is today. The critical move of all businesses from @boycharlieplays into the Economic District served the purpose of directly moving the majority holdings income directly into the wallet of family funding. Thus the income has made @boycharliefamily district able to use the strong resource sooner rather than waiting for the family funding transaction from the @boycharlieplays account. While this has not removed the control in in the local party for @boycharlieplays it has greatly affected it's cities economy in SIM. @boycharliefamily's DCity is producing a large amount of SIM income making it possible to mint two cards a day and they receive a small Hive token income from being members of the Top 200.

@boycharliefamily district has diversified with the migration of the @boycharlieplays citizens. With a strong worker base it is easy to see why my in the city are moving to step up for proper representation. Maybe one of the workers, artists, homeless, or immigrants will step up and be made into the new Mayors.

The @boycharliefamily economic district has expanded many neighborhoods and luxury homes for its normal citizen base. There are apartments for the city workers and many restaurants in the downtown districts. For entertainment, people can check out the cinemas, circus, shopping malls, gyms, and weed dispensaries. We service our communities with proper services such as Trash, Police, and an airline for travel. Many people work within the financial district's plethora of multiple banks and loan services.

You will also notice that parks make up some more of the district as well as a few hotels for business people. A rising Casino and Art district is providing cultured gatherings for the citizens. There is also a radio station that rocks out for the people in the night club creating a community based party system. There is also multiple schools for the families to send their children.

In @boycharlieplays city there was once a large population and a big economy. Instead of complaining about it @boycharlieplays has been slowly building back a population in his city and placing public restrooms to make sure the new citizens and workers are satisfied. It many not be much but the Mayor hopes to gain more schools to encourage a city of education. He also hopes to build back his Immigrant and Homeless base after the mishaps with the burning in the earlier fall months.

The @zapphead city has been improving slowly but surely but no thanks to the efforts of @boycharlieplays. As mayor I take responsibility for the slow growth as I also am not blogging out content as much. I hope to gain control of the economic district by next month in order to gain majority vote. However i have heard news of a new candidate joining. I must prepare myself for that possibility.

3. DCity National News - BoyCharlieFamily Manual Curation
Not only does this game provide a fun way to experience NFT's on the blockchain through the @dcitygame discord, but there is also a fun community aspect to resource and information sharing. This game has provided many of us an interest in building the politics within this space realm. We all put a lot of time into making decisions for our city; thus, it is essential to keep up on the national news around other cities.
DCity Investments Weekly Update by @invest4free
@elbrava provides us a report on his two city accounts here with a nicely worded tutorial. They seem to have the same goals for their central city as I do for @boycharlieplays city. They focused on farm purchasing and provided information on First Generation Card trading. The second city, @invest4free, aims to build an investment portfolio that will generate passive income through being active on Hive. This update provides us the experience of a player who enjoys their time on the platform and wants to expose more players to the format.
dCity - From Zero to Hero (Episode VII) by @steemmillionaire
This is the seventh episode of @steemmillionaire's dCity evaluation. After a brief break, they provide us with the stat changes for their growing village. This experiment was started twelve weeks ago, and based on the results in this report, and they are reaching incredible growth.

4. @boycharlieplays wishes to go local with creating Hive blockchain opportunities! by @boycharlieplays
With this report, I wish to show my communities online and IRL my efforts to make readers and potential investors understand how content creating models developed on Hive/Steemit can find moderate success. @boycharlieplays as my main account has provided me at least a couple hundred in income that is being split between my DCity Game and Splinterland Card investments. Now that I can support a guild I want to help people within my gaming club to succeed on Hive and have the help of the Chicopee Cultural Council to do it. Each day is spent drafting this gaming club that could provide opportunities for others to can be guided by me to create this free account and use the space I create to make more valuable content for the platform with a passive income for the participants.
This report models the project data for how the upcoming Gaming Club Space can model a small passive income for participants in DCity game-related @boycharliefamily events held in a creative space/or discord. @boycharlieplays creates this post that details all of the growth of the cities that could model other players and their efforts to play the game(providing a tutorial). This is why applying for a grant in Chicopee and training new creators under this program will also add to the value of SIM token and I believe all Hive tokens in general. This grant will provide a spark to a wave in Hive blockchain art creation for people are soon to be locked up again. @boycharlieplays will like to hold events where players engage with each other in person to conduct trades and discuss in-game strategy. A Youth Creator model can help the Chicopee Public School district establish a club with @boycharlieplay's guiding. It will be the first city to hold school clubs that participate in creating content on the blockchain. Local elections to manage their school's DCity accountโbuilding up a collection of SIM tokens and @dcitygame NFT's through a fictional story experience. We follow the growth and development of 5 associated cities managed by two Mayor Heroes @boycharlieplays and @zapphead. We also travel the @dcitygame universe by curating and experiencing the cities of other mayors. By compiling this information, we hope to aid the marketing and services of this growing Hive Game.
