Like many people that have been on this blockchain for a while, I have multiple accounts. With the advent of Tribes/Communities, some people have an account for each token which I can see making sense on some level if you are looking to maximize your Voting Power percentage.

While I powered down my main account on that other blockchain quite a while ago, I have recently started powering down one of my other accounts that I had been using strictly for curation. The plan is to take that and move it into LEO.

This morning my first power down payment appeared in my wallet so I moved it over to Bittrex so I could covert it to BTC and then buy Hive. Then I planned on sending that Hive to the Hive-Engine to purchase the LEO.

One big issue... Apparently, Bittrex is doing maintenance (again) and has suspended withdraws of Hive from their exchange. This puts me in a really bad position if they can't get it fixed by Monday because I was really hoping to use that purchased LEO to buy some LBI.

On top of that, this is the second time in just about as many months that Bittrex has done this. I'd really like to see some better communication from them about when this is happening and at least some indication of when they expect transactions to be available again.

The last thing I want to do is be scrambling around Monday morning trying to get my poop in a group to make my LBI purchase. Plus, the price of LEO had a (ever so) slight drop over the past 24 hours, so I was looking forward to taking advantage of that.

Likely by the time they get things taken care of on their end the price of LEO will be back up and I will not be getting as much value for my money.

If anyone knows of a better way to get Steem onto the Hive-Engine that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg in fees, I would love to hear about it. At this point I don't feel that Bittrex is reliable enough to get the job done when I need it to.
