It will make a lot of sense if these countries use system that are already active and established instead of trying to re-invent the wheel. I have seen several countries mention the idea of using the Stellar network for their national crypto. That makes a lot of sense to me. Plus I hold some XLM so I would be cool with it for that reason as well! :)
