Luck comes to those who show up. And WORK for it.

I believe this may be my lost post in this series inspired by the book I read by Grant Cardone. Let me try and give you some awesome fracking sauce motivation today.

Luck! There is no such thing as luck. In hindsight it may look like luck but you know better. To others you hear it all the time. Man was he lucky to be in the right place at the right time. If it was not for luck, he would not be where he is today. I got one word for that: BULLSHIT.

If you want to call it luck, fine. But you make it yourself. You must work for it. You must put your all into everything you do every day. That is what brings what people call luck. Hard work and perseverance.

Donā€™t doubt yourself. Donā€™t let little upvotes, no upvotes affect what you are doing here on Hive. Yes, educate yourself, study yourself, see what you can do to improve but never doubt yourself.

You are the one Hive is looking for. Bold statement but it is true. Look at human nature, most people on this planet are followers. They are looking beyond themselves for purpose. Why do you think people flock to sports teams, go to see music stars, do religion. They are all looking for some purpose.

You can be that purpose.

Get your ass in gear and show up every single day and contribute to the blockchain every single day. It is going to take time, but you will create your own ā€˜luckā€™.

Grant talks about the world today. That it is screwed up, that a lot of people are lost and hurting and how the system is failing. Donā€™t we all know that. One statement that he makes that makes me think of Hive so much is that the old ways of doing things no longer work. As I love to say every now and then: No shit Sherlock.

What can be done about that? Hive! But Hive needs you at your best. And I know you can be your best.

When you face problems that seem insurmountable you have to dig deep in yourself. You need to look at your goals, you have to set them higher and work as hard as you can to reach them. You should never reach your goals, milestones yes, but never your goals. If you reach your goals then they are not set high enough and you will never attain what people call luck.

But donā€™t get stuck in a rut. You need to grow; you need to change. You have to work on your own personal development. You have to 10X your efforts.

If you take the time to see what type of voting I am getting on this weeks series of posts I have done you will see that it is not life changing. Nowhere near what I have done in the past. But you know what? In the short term it does not matter to me. I believe in what I am writing, I am getting personal growth out of it and I know there is a minimum of one person, maybe more, that are getting positivity and motivation from this series.

But I will move on, I will try to dive deep into other interests of mine and write about them. I will continue to grow in my efforts on Hive.

I will leave you with one final paragraph quote from the book.

ā€œSuccessful people simply think differently. They approach challenges and problems differently. They see themselves differently. And they adopt certain habits and characteristics that allow them to purse 10X Success.ā€

Do you see any of that in yourself? I see it in myself. And if you study, read, posts from some of the most successful people on Hive you will see that they all have this in common.

You want to get lucky on Hive. Then put in the work.

I am Alive and Thriving.

Bradley
