Sadly, our Private 100,000 Hive delegation has come to an end.

If any of you remember this project in the early stages when we started off with 300,000 Hive power, then a lot of you will know that this was suddenly whisked away from us very quickly at the beginning. Luckily, I had a private delegator that came in and saved my butt with a 60,000 Hive lease. From there he has gradually increased it until we hit 100,000 hive a couple of weeks ago.

His price was 263 Hive per week which was just over 7% Apr. Sadly, he is removing that delegation as he is off to seek other adventures.

Luckily for us it won't affect any of our dividends whatsoever, and you will still get paid your regular amount as normal. The only thing that it WILL affect is our upvote power. That means we won't have as big a vote as we previously had.

I did extend a "what to do next" to my community with a few options:

1. I could take the 263 Hive weekly I was paying and just power it up instead
2. I could seek more delegations to get somewhat back to where we were initially
3. Keep what we have and grow

Practically everyone voted for me to investigate and find a new lease. So I did. And sadly to get back to where we were, grabbing leases off dlease.io would cost more than double of which I was originally paying.

Because of that I am going against my community and planning to let the lease expire and slowly grow as we were. If I did anything else it would be bad for us.

That doesn't mean to say that I wouldn't be interested in any other private leases. But right now I can't afford 14%. Maybe when we grow bigger, then sure, yes, I will revisit this. But as for now. We soldier on.

Our tribe votes are unaffected, as is our Blurt vote. In fact our Blurt vote is gaining fast.
