The story

It is late Saturday evening and we just finished eating homemade sourdough pizza and drinking beer. The occasion should be known for every crypto fam. It is the the Bitcoin Pizza day. You probably know the story, still twitter is full of interpretation on the theme. Although I have heard it long ago, I found some new facts from bitcoinmagazine.com's article

• Hanyecz, the guy who bought the pizza had to wait 4 days for the delivery
• We know he bought 2 pizzas for 10 000 BTC, but he actually made this kind of trade multiple times...
• The pizza seller sold the 10 000 BTC for 400 USD.

The Pizza

I love simple pizzas and complex dough. I really love the taste of sourdough, so I learned to make it myself. At start it was a hard job taking multiple hours, but now I need 3x5 min to make some really tasty sourdough pizza dough.

The process is simple:

1. Put together water, flour, salt and starter, that I keep alive like a pet.
2. After some hours, I stretch and fold for few minutes
3. After some more hours I form it in a circle with hands in the air.

After I got the pizza base

1. Put home-made tomato Sause.
2. Put some pepperoni or similar spicy salami.
3. Put mozzarella
4. Add some basil

That is all :)
