I know a lot of people are terrified about the coming AI revolution, that is going to steal their jobs. Some are even more concerned look what happened in Great Britain. I've read some interesting posts by community members so I'd like to add my two cents on the matter.

Since the global pandemic began I was preaching to my friends and family how people don't really need to work 5 days a week. I currently work for a company that has 4 day work week. But think about it on a bigger scale, I like to think about banks, with platforms like Robinhood or interactive brokers who need to use bank services for investing with their rigid rules and high commission fees, how many jobs were lost by optimizing this field? Think about the customer call line, someone used to confirm your identity there, now we have automatic tools for that, I am not even going to start talking about self-checkout machines in Mcdonald's, Zara or your local grocery store.

But does that mean, that we gonna go extinct or die from starvation?

In my opinion, the opposite will happen. People adapt we can simply start to put our monetary power to support other things that are more scarce.

Think about how HIVE works, think about crypto Airdrops and liquidity pools that can generate a solid income with you barely moving a finger.

I think good times are coming, and in particular to those who are on the right side of technology.
