How do I get to spend less in this period of economic hardship is the question a lot of humans have on their lips? The coronavirus pandemic has surely exposed us to some harsh reality of life and more than before, we now know how important it is for us to save our money just in case there is an emergency and that is the reason why so many people are trying so hard to cut down expenses and then save the money they have left.
Increase your negotiating skill.
Negotiation is one way that can help us to have extra change in our pocket, by the time we are supposed to purchase a box of matches for $50 and through negotiation we were able to beat it down to $40, we would have been able to save $10. Learning out to negotiate and going for the best available price will help us a lot either as a buyer or as a seller.
Carry out simple fixings on your car.
It is not all the time that we need to spend money on mechanics, there are very simple fixings we can carry out on our vehicles without taking it to a mechanic, learning to do those simple task on our vehicles will help us save those extra change we should have given to the mechanic.
Take advantage of your local library.
Some countries have local libraries where free services are offered to members, some local libraries give out even laptops and other necessary equipment’s for free, rather than spending that money to purchase an item, we might just get it for free or for half the price from our local library.
You don’t need to take expensively packaged water.
In this period of crises going for commodities that are luxurious and not pocket friendly is not a wise decision, why will you want to go for an expensively packaged water when you can get a neat and less expensive water that is of the same quality. At this point, you do not need to show off by drinking an expensively packaged water type.
Make orders for your grocery.
When we go to a physical store sometimes we begin to buy more things than we need because they all seem pleasing to the eye but we could use the option of ordering for exactly what we want and picking it up, that will save us some time, energy as well as the money we are trying to keep.
