Productivity while Getting Things Done

24 hours a day and 7 days in a week, these are constant time calculations that never changes. Everyone has the same time to get things done and accomplish a lot but at the same time, a lot of people do not get anything done at all and at the end of each 24 hours, they ask themselves why they aren't productive?

First, it is important to have a jogging or walking schedule, as jogging is important to improve the body metabolism and walking is great for thinkin and clearing of the mind. I usually do this and its helps with my daily activities giving me a kickstart to the days work.

The next thing I do is minimize all distraction. I turn my phone to do not disturb mode or focus mode, thereby reducing all form of distraction completely. With this, there is a 60% chance to achieving your daily target. I try to reduce all distraction like , taking off emails, checking them only once in a while, and I leave all things that aren't related to the daily activity I want to get into.

Arrange what you want to do and get one finished before picking another or you might end up not doing anything at all. Productivity lies in the ability to organize and get things done, the right way at the right time.
