You need someone to correct you while you grow in business and finance.
It feels really good to be called a boss and having so many people look up to you is a whole lot of responsibility that may have you thinking that you have absolutely nothing to be worried about but as much as you try to be a boss just make sure you have someone you constantly report to.
When a business begins to flourish it is almost inevitable that you begin to get extremely over confident and possibly feeling higher than your shoulders but when you have someone who can tell you the truth and help you in clipping the high shoulders you have developed, then it will be a better option. We might regard ourselves as being patient and humble now but just wait until you begin to get to some height of business success or influence and at that point you will be very surprised at what your actions will be.
That is a reason why it is really advisable to have someone who knows you very well who understands your background, whom you respect so much and who is capable of telling you the truth, such person will be the one to caution you whenever you begin to misbehave or behave in an inappropriate manner.
This person could be your mentor or a close relative whom you respect so much, watch out for those successful men that we admire, sometimes they have their wife as the person who is their back bone, their wives are usually the ones who correct them whenever they misbehave or whenever they go wrong, to everyone in the public they are some strong giants who cannot make any mistake but to their wives they are just another human who is capable of making extremely terrible mistakes so while everyone is busy praising them, these great partners are watching their every move to make sure they do not flutter.
Not all of them have their wives as a corrector, sometimes it could be the Mum or Dad or even a mentor who is not a relative at all. Whoever it is that you choose, as you gradually climb up the ladder of success just make sure that you have that one person who loves you genuinely enough to realize where you are going wrong and do not get too proud and begin to resist correction from that person.
