I usually start articles like this with a disclaimer because I don't claim to be what I am not. So, if I were to start with a disclaimer on this one, I would have written "I am not a programmer/tech guru/crypto professor, so I might not know what the hell I am talking about"...But nah, I am not gonna say that because I don't need to be all those things to see what is happening right in front of me.

Crypto has a lot of promise, a lot of potentials, it might not be perfect at the moment but what is? At least there is always room for improvement and we can see with Ethereum 2.0 that crypto actually tries to improve. The potential and impact so far in all aspects of human life are undeniable.

But what is crypto without the human factor? I mean crypto isn't something we met here on earth, like the water and sand, it is a man-made technology. Humans made it through feelings and emotions, through education, through perseverance, through hard work, with their blood, their sweat, and their tears. But is EMOTION standing taller right now than the rest of the aforementioned attributes?

The competitive side of man over the years has given rise to many beautiful inventions and innovations. The drive to always come out top, the best to ever do it, to etch our names forever in history has driven us to unimaginable heights and sometimes to unprecedented lows.

Satoshi Nakomoto, when he(they) devised the first blockchain database and developed Bitcoin, he(they) was(were) wise(cautious) enough to remain completely anonymous, even to this day. Maybe he(they) knew that as a flagship/pioneering technology, Bitcoin would be dragged into dick-measuring contests when other developers decide to join the industry and it didn't even take that long.

BITCOIN VS BITCOIN CASH

The human factor came into play in August 2017 and Bitcoin Cash was born and I think this is when the first anti-BTC army was created, the BCH developers.

I know I don't...it is so deficient yet it made a lot of people a lot of money and it has continued to do so. It is not enough to continue to badmouth a technology that prepared the framework, the foundation for every other crypto project to come in.

They can't seem to talk about BCH without talking about BTC (disgusting) and Mr. Marc tends to tips articles like these with thousands of $ worth of BCH and this made most writers wanna follow the same path - I mean he actually tipped an article with $11,000 worth of BCH - before you know, there is a minion of BCH army ready to pounce on you if you were to write anything critical of BCH.

This shit is not healthy at all, Crypto is supposed to unify the new generation, the bickering back and forth of what project is shit and what is real shouldn't exist TBH unless we are talking about pure scam projects, then yeah, let's chase them outta town but if not, all projects are great and should be applauded by sister projects. Why? Because no one project fits all the description of what crypto is or should be.

DOGECOIN HOLDERS VS NON-DOGECOIN HOLDERS

First of all, people have been losing money on investments before the advent of crypto and people are gonna continue losing money till the end of days, crypto just quickens things up just like it has done to other aspects of our lives. So in investments, you gotta look before you leap, ain't nobody's fault if anybody loses money on Dogecoin.

Second of all, Dogecoin is supposed to be a meme coin right? And memes are supposed to make us laugh right? Then instead of laughing at Dogecoin and the circus it has become with Elon on the forefront, why are many of those not holding Doge hating? Jealous because you didn't get in when it was almost worthless? Or because noobs are throwing caution to the wind and making mad gains while you are too cautious and too uptight to get in because it might burn you? Y'all better leave that boy alone...

Dogecoin might be categorized as a shitcoin but so are thousands of other coins, so why is it getting so much heat? Could it have anything to do with Elon Musk? Because I don't remember it getting this much hate when Elon hadn't started shilling it, even though it was worth naught then.

ME VS THE LASER-EYED GUYS ON TWITTER

What the hell is that? I think it is cringy seeing grown folks do that, it's like watching grown men play with kids' toys FFS.

STEEM VS HIVE

From what I read understood, Justin Sun was about to carry out a hostile takeover of the Steem community and their assets and they rallied and broke away to Hive land and here we are. This situation is understandable and any bad blood between these two communities is totally warranted as it has an actual origin that stems from an attempt to steal, suppress and oppress which crypto obviously is trying to stamp out. In a venture that is looking to decentralization, one man isn't supposed to have that much power over other members of the community, especially if that man is Justin Sun. I might not know the whole story and I think the reason for the hostility is warranted but, I still think it is not good for the culture...

Y'all Better Not Do That Within The Hive Community

I read a guy's post once on Proofofbrain and he was talking about downvoting articles he thought were merely taking advantage of the #pob tribe token and I thought to myself, isn't this mini-censorship right here? I don't think using tribe tags is wrong especially for a generic tribe like POB and besides its great shilling for the tribe token because it keeps surging the more popular it gets.

If thoughts like this were to fester, I think it would start some sort of tribe hostility and everybody would be forced to post from Front-Ends when a simple tag would do. C'mon guys, there is a reason a single Hive account is all you need to access any Front-End end within the Ecosystem...because, at the end of the day, it is still one community - Hive.

Crypto is supposed to unify like minds, those in it for the money and those in it for the technology and those in it for both. I am in it for both and I absolutely love every coin, every project, every community as long as there is money to made there, but if there ain't, no hating from me either.

PS I wrote this article yesterday but couldn't post because I kept getting something like There was an error broadcasting this transaction: : Account: butherfly87 has 1228608297 RC, needs 2751860083 RC. Please wait to transact, or power up HIVE. I couldn't find the article anywhere on my profile, I couldn't find it anywhere, so I had to go back to my draft and took out the rough sketch and reworked it. Where did the article go since it couldn't be posted?
